Ohio Comprehensive Primary Care Program Webinar

Ohio Comprehensive Primary Care Program Webinar

The Kasich Administration recently announced the launch of the Ohio Comprehensive Primary Care (CPC) Program.  Commonly referred to as Ohio CPC, it seeks to financially reward primary care practices including FQHCs that keep people well and hold down the total cost of care.  There are two payment opportunities:  PMPM (paid quarterly) and annual shared savings which are tied to hitting efficiency measures, service requirements, and clinical measures.  The model is scheduled to launch with an early entry cohort in January 2017 and then open to any primary care practice that meets program requirements in January 2018 and beyond.
